America is at greater risk of terrorism than before 9/11 - not just risk of attacks, but terroristss who have spent the last 25 years gradually moving up in education, media and politics - with a plan…
So the first thing was, if you remember, people of course were very afraid to fly after 9-11.
First I did an audio program, and then I followed that up with a video program.
And what it was, it was called, it was for relaxation, but it was the art of relaxation is what it was called.
But it was specifically meant for people to be more relaxed to be able to fly after 9-11.
The first one was sort of getting settled into a for people to get to close their eyes and to settle into a very relaxed state.
And so the first five minutes was to get them relaxed and into this state where they could then visualize things that I was talking about.
Not to force it, but you give suggestions to them and then let them take it from there.
You just kind of tell a story that kind of invites them to come up with different sorts of pictures.
And so then the second segment was to get them into a deeper state of relaxation and to get them super relaxed.
And the third stage was to get them prepared to come out of this, prepared for wherever it was that they were flying to.
If they were flying to a family affair or wedding or something like that, or if they were flying to a business trip or whatever, You know, whatever it was that they had to get themselves together for once they got off the plane, that was what that third segment was for.
And it was on in-flight entertainment on Delta and a few other domestic airlines.
