Tyler FolkmanGuestDanny KerrHostWhat do you say that? Cause I talked to a lot of contractors that are kind of like, this is amazing.
Like I can literally just prompt it to like build my entire SOP library for my entire company and be done in a couple of weeks or in a couple of days.
I'm sure you do too, but like, what is the right approach to start to define the systems in our business, the workflows, how things need to be done once well and do it meaningfully, but use AI in a way that's actually powerful and doesn't just create, like you said, a slot.
But like, why? Why does that matter? What is the lesson in all of that, basically?

So we've spent a lot of time and I think this does generalize whether you're using us or not, as you think through this, of trying to define kind of clear process and workflows that are important for a contractor or roofer or whoever might be working.

We also have APIs and are adding more and more agentic entry points so you can start to do more automations and workflows in a way that's a lot easier.

You don't have to necessarily know all the buttons or the tricks or whatnot because job names is very customizable, but there's some pain there.

So don't reinvent the wheel where you don't have to is one of the things I really believe in.

We are building as fast as anyone really could with a high quality that we need to build with.

Take what we have and then augment it where you feel like you're unique and need something a little bit different.

Like maybe you think differently about your job flow and you want to put an automation around there.

We want to make it really easy for you to do that through AI connecting to our product.

I would say if you're not sure what the right workflow is, go do some research.

What are other people doing in the industry that are around you, that are around your size? What are kind of the core steps? Start there.

Then you're going to hit a pain point or somewhere you feel like you need to be different.
