College Football with Stugotz & The Bear
Sep 28, 2026 · 1 hr 1 min · 27 segments
Stugotz, T-Bob, and the Bear take a look back at some of the biggest games from a huge weekend in College football including Texas' win at Tennessee, Iowa's miracle comeback against Michigan, and…
Okay, so I want to start with Colin Simmons because what we witnessed on Saturday in Knoxville is one of the single greatest defensive performances that I have ever seen out of an individual.
Do you emerge out of this feeling better or worse about the Texas Longhorns? Hmm.
I hate saying worse because sometimes you're going to win ugly, and winning ugly tells you a hell of a lot more about a team than blowouts.
When you face adversity and you're on the road in a game that you probably should have put away a long time prior to that and you still come out ahead, that's a big thing.
But I don't know their offense for all – like Cam Coleman, like – We're still waiting for him to emerge into the guy that we all think he is.
If you look efficiency-wise at where their offense is right now, it's very reminiscent of what Oklahoma kind of looked like last year in the SEC.
You look at the schedule, there are two games that they already have at the bank where they very easily could have been projected to lose, and they've won them, so they're there.
If I asked you, and Stu Goss, who probably still doesn't even remember who Florida's offensive coordinator is, who is the best team in the SEC and who should win the SEC, I think most people are going to see Georgia, right? Stu, prove him wrong.
