I'm talking about the midterm elections and how the regime, how our fascist regime, let's make no mistake, that's what they are, how they are planning.
Just last month, we heard this infamous warning from conservative Judge Michael Luttig.
He wrote an essay for the New Republic titled The Final Battle for America's Democracy.
Remember, again, this is a conservative judge, one of the single most respected jurists in the country.
And he warned that the Orange Menace and House Speaker Mike Grinder-Johnson are laying the groundwork to subvert the midterms by refusing to seat an elected Democratic majority.
So his focus not so much on Election Day itself, but on January 3rd, 2027, when Congress is scheduled to convene and swear in the new members.
So Ludig is warning us that House leadership, still the Republicans at this point, before everybody is sworn in.
Okay, so when they convene on January 3rd, Mike Grinder Johnson is still Speaker of the House.
They remove the current House clerk and temporarily replace him with a MAGA loyalist.
So this new temporary clerk would then refuse to place the names of duly elected Democratic representatives elect onto the official clerk's role, which would leave Republicans in the majority.
It would make its way to the Supreme Court, but that could take weeks, even months.
And with this opening gambit, using the clerk, as Ludig suggests, it creates a window of opportunity to flood the zone with litigation.
