Mark, I think myself, my staff, a lot of MSNOW viewers tonight seeing this reporting, seeing these big headlines across the country about this ruling from the Supreme Court, first breathed a sigh of relief and then, second, wanted to hear what you thought of it.

So what is your reaction to this ruling tonight? What should we understand about what just happened?

And the way that we will defeat that as a country is, A, in the courts, and B, when every American in the country pays attention to their natural small-D democratic antibodies and rejects that out of hand in the moment and says no every way that we can.

I really believe that this is going to come down to both the courts and the people in terms of standing up for our democratic processes.

With only 50 days until the midterm elections, we have a blockbuster ruling from the Federal District Court in Washington, DC, where a judge appointed by Donald Trump has now blocked the US Postal Service's rule that would make mail-in voting all but impossible.

But the ruling today adds a major new block and impediment to Donald Trump's effort to make it harder for you to vote and easier for him to cheat.
