Just like cool dance music that's got like a good sound design sort of element to it.
What does Team Picture sound like? I think our fundamental problem is that we could never really decide what we sounded like.
We started off quite kind of post-punk-y, a bit krautrock-y, and the record we did with Matt, a lot of it was like really shiny, kind of 80s-inspired, kind of a bit like a really shiny Cure kind of vibe.
We just fucked around with loads of stuff for ages, and we never really settled on anything, and nobody knew where to put us.
And because of that, we never really got a momentum rolling, because as soon as we had a sound that we liked... well that we the people like sorry the other people liked we then changed our sound i think

that's like i often think about this that's probably the main thing that makes a band successful if they just sort of stick around and get through those tough bits it's like inevitable tough moments and if you can sort of practice getting over them and coming out the other side the next tough thing that happens is way easier to to weather and so on and so forth
But actually the first stuff Matt recorded of mine was I did some solo music probably back in like 2012 or something.
And then I feel like after Goldfish's ended, we had loads of demos lying around for Goldfish's as well.

We just thought, why don't we just put some stuff together of people we really like? So George was first on the list.
