Our top 10, it will not touch.

Again, we joke about me liking Mixtape.

I think Mixtape will be on my personal top 10, but I don't think I'll make the Xbox top 10.

It won't.

It won't.

So you had seven tapes.

Seven mixtapes.

Mixtapes.

Right.

That's different.

And for me, a big reason why I end up streaming a lot of bad games as well as so people don't have to waste their money.

So you'll have games like the Mixtapes and the Bloomin' Rages, and they are filled to the brim with an ideology.

They're trying to push a narrative.

Activists made these games.

My guest mixer this week was one of the first names that came to mind to invite after I started doing this podcast, but it has taken quite a long while to find a time where we can do the interview.

But I'm sure it will have been well worth the wait.

In 2015, he published Jolly Lad, a memoir about his early life, his career and his struggles with alcoholism, which the Guardian's Darren Anderson described as the most painfully perceptive book I've ever read about addiction, while still being very funny.

He is, of course, also, alongside John Peel, quoted on the back cover of my book about the fall.

Okay, so let's get a little frivolous perhaps here.

You mentioned in the book that you have a playlist you refresh every two weeks that's called Coach Bennett's Mixtape.

Mixtapes are definitely having a moment.

And as someone who loves a well-curated running playlist, I'd love to know what some of your current favorite running songs are and any advice you have on making a get grooving and moving playlist.

Okay.

So you have a little bit of everything.

And I think it's the same thing with training.

You know, I think in the, if I remember correctly, I should remember I wrote it, but I think there's a chapter called Mixtapes in the Book.

I mean, you shake things up and you change things.

You know, I've got a chapter in the book called Mixtapes, which I equate, you know, a really great mixtape.

And again, I'm dating myself.

So maybe for other people would be a playlist.
