But I want to open the show today with, in case you haven't heard, there's actually a hurricane brewing in the Gulf, and it is on its way.

The path, it's looking like it started out as a tropical storm, Isais, and it is expected to strengthen into a fairly strong hurricane in the Gulf of America.

The well, the cone for the eye of the hurricane looks like it's going to go up anywhere from, you know, East Mississippi all the way over into the panhandle.

But even if you are not where the eye is going to come across, especially if you're on the eastern side of that into the panhandle, even if it only reaches category two, which is what I think is it's expected to do.

So just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case you haven't been paying attention to the news.

It's not one in which I think there should be panic, but one in which there should be preparation.

It's not – no, it's not a Cat 4 or 5 looking like it's going that way, but a lot of damage and flooding and things can be done.

When I was a kid growing up, there was still damage on the beaches of like Biloxi from Hurricane Camille.

And oh, by the way, this is actually the first storm – that has not been on the Pacific side.

We have not had, this is the first hurricane season in decades in which there has not been a storm in the Atlantic.

So that's just a little piece of trivia out there for you climate hucksters, okay? So if you are anywhere in the path of this hurricane that's coming, and it's going to make landfall supposedly over Friday night into Saturday.

I did get a text message yesterday from somebody telling me that there was a hurricane set to take the landfall here in san diego over the weekend there is not a hurricane that is going to make landfall here in san diego i think there's a tropical storm off of baja that could be responsible for the high humidity this morning my dude do you think it's that tropical storm why it's so humid this morning
yeah and foggy is pretty crazy i guess it was is hurricane but by the time it gets to us it'll just be a storm but heavy rains and wind are expected
