3YPC-(WK5-CIN @ MIA-RECAP) Episode 9.579

Let's talk about Justin Herbert.

That'll be a more pleasant conversation.

Yeah.

Let's start with Justin Herbert.

Let's do 30 seconds on Justin Herbert.

My God, man.

Like somebody has a stat out there.

His passer rating is below that of a quarterback if they just spiked it into the ground all season in the fourth quarter.

uh and not for nothing man we have this discord you guys know it we advertise it on every single one of our our podcasts discord.gg forward slash onlyfans right there under my name uh click the link in the description sign up on a desktop uh We have a knack for bringing on impending doom in our channel.

And if you go back, did you see what I said yesterday about Justin Herbert? I said, I'm ready to give him a complete pass because he has Cole Strange and four rookies.

His wide receiver two is Theo Weiss, and his tight end is Hayden Rucci.

I mean, that's bad.

He then proceeded to fumble and throw a pick.

that's dolphins bad right there that's that's previous era dolphins bad not even this era dolphins bad it's like previous era dolphins bad although this one is pretty bad as we've seen but um yeah

yeah so mike mcdaniel has taken his curses over there to to the chargers uh what do you make of that dumpster fire

I think there's 2 things going on 1. we've already talked about this, so I don't want to beat the dead horses.

Nobody questioned whether nobody questioned and they should have whether Mike McDaniel and Justin Herbert were really compatible.

And I think everybody was just like.

you know going with this running with this narrative that tool was so limiting on mike mcdaniel he's going to get to uh to the chargers and he's going to have justin herbert oh and now oh i love that what was it it was a uh my ian rapaport um you know tweet what he talked about the the parts of the playbook that mike mcdaniel has never been able to call that he's now you know and stuff and it's like yeah okay um and and i think that we're just seeing a lot of And Dolphins fans have to be able to take some level of satisfaction here in seeing these complaints about the Mike McDaniel offense and being like, yeah, I remember that.

Yeah, I remember that.

Yeah, I remember that too.

And it's total schadenfreude, but it's still validating relative to what many of us had been complaining about.

in that offense for a couple of years.

And I'm one that likes to let the evidence, you know, stack up quite a bit before I'm going to talk about the coaching stuff.

Like, we'll talk about Bobby Slowik in a second.
