I was so anxious that every time I left my flat, I felt like I was going to wet myself.

like anxiety manifested again is this like control thing isn't it but then now then toilet break well-being was born partly to shine a light on something that troubled me so much when I was younger everything I wanted was a toilet I couldn't be in public without one so I thought if I'm going to start doing content normalize this conversation to give people practical things it has to be from here and by shining a light on the things that once we were incredibly ashamed of.

I wouldn't have believed that those moments where I felt true fear almost of anxiety being in public spaces would be a catalyst that put me on a stage in front of like 2000 people.

You couldn't have told that young man that story, right? But that is what's happened.

So I have to try and really take the time to get back into that, which is a challenge.
