And what I also think is, you know, when people hear the word migration, they think of, I think, a lot of times some of these birds like black bull warbler, which is breeding up in Canada and wintering down in South America.

So it's like completely abandoning its breeding range.

And the thing about black phoebe is... is they're making their way in the breeding season up into areas that are probably far enough north that they're too cold to spend the winter and too high in elevation to spend the winter.

And we have 180 of the black phoebes.

So the genus name... is say ornus which is named after a person um and uh um then the species name is nigricans which obviously it means black blackish going black so and it's i don't think there's another it can't be really easily mistaken for something else i don't think right i mean no there's some

There's some black fly catchers down in South America, but it's the only black one in North America.

And again, it's so conspicuous in the sense that it's along rivers that that makes it pretty easy to pick out.

I've worked in India and in Japan.

I studied abroad in South America.

Eventually, I came back to the United States.

And I worked for a company that really brought me through the ringer in many ways, many very positive ways and a lot of life lessons that I acquired throughout that experience.

And it was hard to leave because it was so good.

But then I jumped over to CI Power and they sent me to Guyana in South America.

Oh, cool.

And that was probably the biggest influence on my life then.

Coachability is because we are all experts in one way or another.

I mean, if I hire someone tomorrow who's in Japan or let's talk about or hire someone tomorrow that came from Africa or South America, we're just starting a new team in South America or in America, South of America.

Who am I to say that I am more of an expert in her culture or their culture than they are? I can't say that, but the key is let's collaborate and let's be coachable.
