So this is like bringing us into purpose, which is a topic as a podcast and clearly, you know, you have purpose and I have a purpose, but my question to you is as you're working with organizations and you say you've got say 200 people in an organization, how, how could you bring the conversation of purpose to the people in the lower rungs of that organization?

So it's like, we're working with this mission to help the world and they're polluting essentially, but then people can see through those values that are not real and not honored.
