The week in headlines 10/2 - 10/8. Wow, what a week...feels like I say that every week. I probably do. -T

The statewide one has all of the propositions, and I just wanted to hit that real quick because I do have a lot of listeners in California.

Prop 41 and 42 are both very cunning repeals of Prop 40 disguised as other types of propositions, basically making it illegal to pass a proposition like Prop 40.

So if you vote yes on 40, saying, yeah, billionaires should be taxed, you have to vote no on 41 and 42.

And I think it's a very clever, albeit underhanded way to for the billionaires to attempt to avoid paying taxes because they don't feel like they should pay taxes.

And so instead of actually just paying their taxes, they're funding these anti-tax wars.

So I've always said about taxation that I understand that taxation is the means by which a government basically acquires its lifeblood.

I just want to make sure that my money, my taxes are going towards things that I approve of.

I do not approve of some chucklehead asshat president launching a war in the Middle East without authorization or backing of the people, and it raises the cost of everything in our lives.

I don't think that my tax money should go toward Donald Trump airing advertising that he claims looks patriotic because it's a bunch of buzzwords and a bunch of him.
