Mason LemmeGuestPeymon MottahedehGuestFrankie StocksKelly RaybonGuestThere was never any doubt in anyone's mind, or at least there should not have been any doubt in anyone's mind, that from the very outset of these preliminary hearings, that the judge's decision was really already in the bag, as reflected by the very obvious issues in the prosecution's case, which were completely ignored in paving the way for Tyler Robinson to stand trial in the first place, especially issues surrounding Tyler Robinson's alleged confession.
For example, the fact that the Discord messages so often cited by the prosecution and repeated and regurgitated ad nauseam by people like Andrew Wilson and Gary Melton and Blake Neff and Andrew Colvett, and all of the confirmed liars at TPUSA were sent hours after Tyler Robinson is said to have contacted a family friend for help turning himself in to the Washington County Utah Sheriff's Office.
According to the timeline laid out by the prosecution, Tyler Robinson confessed to his family, to his dad, to a minister, to a U.S.
But then, then, chat, he just hung around for hours, logged into Discord, and confessed to all of his friends there.
Well, that doesn't make any sense, and as pointed out, we have it here from Sam Parker, "Breaking: Tyler's defense has given us another indication that Robinson turned himself in by 6:25 PM on September 11th, before the alleged Discord chat confession at 7:57 PM, and before the state's 7:50 PM press conference, where they allegedly pretended to have not yet caught Tyler.
How will the sloppers spin this one?" So here is Sam Parker explaining all of this.
This timing is of critical importance because according to discovery evidence, Bates Document 3996-R1 and 3996-R2, Tyler Robinson turned himself in by 6:25 PM on September 11th.
Of course, the fed sloppers vigorously deny this and maintain that he didn't turn himself in until after posting the Discord chat confession.
But in yesterday's pretrial hearing, we learned the following.
The nearest timestamp on this text message is on page 10, which says yesterday at 5:55 PM.
At 5:55 PM.
At 5:55 PM.
If the court looks at the text messages that come just before it, what the court sees is somebody who the state alleges is Mr. Robinson saying to, uh, Mr. Twiggs, quote, "I'm gonna turn myself in willingly.
One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff." And then the text message goes on.
Why is that important? That is important because what this court knows from the preliminary hearing testimony is that the person that the state says is Mr.
Robinson had left Orem, had returned all the way to St. George, and the court knows this through Mr. Mitchell's 1102, had spoken with Mr. Robinson's father, and had arranged for Mr. Mitchell to help Mr. Robinson surrender to the Washington County Sheriff.
That has already occurred when Mr. Robinson, according to Mr. Twiggs, is saying, "If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent."
silent."Did you catch that? By five fifty-five PM, according to these messages, and according to Mike Mitchell's eleven oh two, he and Tyler Robinson had already worked out the details of turning Tyler into the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
So what are we supposed to believe now? That they then waited for several hours for Tyler to then confess to the Discord chat before turning himself in? Or did he actually turn himself in around six twenty-five PM, like the Bates document said? How will the fed sloppers spin this one?
Yeah, and don't forget about the Hades plane, which by the way, cannot be refuted.
