Yes, I, I do believe in reading this, this document that it was preventable because, as I said before, and as you mentioned to me, things at the very basic level, and these are things that don't necessarily incur a cost, if that makes any sense.

Having Orem or Provo PD there would incur a cost that is usually offset by the group that's there.

But these are things, just securing scenes, putting officers there, monitoring that CCTV, all of that is within the purview of that police department.

And I think had they had that initial meeting, whether it was just days or weeks beforehand, I do think, in my opinion, that, that really this death could have been preventable because essentially, if you have a situation where you had Charlie surrounded by all of these tall buildings, it really, if you don't secure them, that was probably the number one thing that needed to be secured.

That's why I think they were offering to put bodies up there.

Nevertheless, that is the purview of the university.

Another thing that was interesting is there was, there was no drones, and we find out that they don't have a drone program at the p- at the campus PD, but nearby Orem did.

And I've been told that they were expecting a phone call that never happened.
