Yeah, well, your podcast that you have, the Richie Flo Nutrition Podcast, I absolutely love.

So for the nerds out there, I think all the nerds who love just listening to science, I think it's honestly the best podcast.

And I do want to say before we start this, your sub stack as well is amazing.

Just your philosophy around things is so amazing, which is why I wanted to get you on the podcast and have this conversation because I think it's going to be super fruitful for both myself, but also the audience listening.

So the first question I ask everyone, and I'm really intrigued to hear your answer here, is really where your love for science came from.

And then within that answer, also, if you could maybe... tell us a little bit about your recent work at the Zubarev lab and your master's thesis.

I still feel like I'm at the very beginning of trying to understand what science is and how we should approach science.

I think The way that the word science is used in common parlance is mixed up quite a bit these days and it's been a difficult journey trying to unwrap that for myself and trying to figure out what our approach to science, the big word of science because it encompasses so much.

It's been difficult to try and orient myself in a way that allows me to understand what it is.

And then only once I have a good enough idea about what it is, can I start to gain a decent appreciation for it.
