#65 - Austin Magee Interview

Austin, I want to speak for you, but it's becoming pretty clear to me at least that our economy is kind of past the point of no return.

Trump really did have a chance to execute this big recovery following the Biden disaster, whoever it was that was actually running the Biden administration.

And he kind of turned his back on us and betrayed the mandate that we handed him.

For for young folks, we're just getting to the beginning of our lives.

Right.

And in the older folks, the Gen X, even some of the millennials, but mostly the Gen X and the boomers, they've already lived their lives.

They've already saved a bunch of money and they're concerned about all that money that they have tied up as money.

debt, essentially, that they've given away to people to go invest or do whatever with it.

They're concerned about that money going away or shrinking.

We're just trying to survive, as you said, day to day.

And you can tell me if you disagree that the economy's kind of past the point of no return.

What can we do tangibly, very tactically to soften the blow and ease the the pain that we're inevitably going to feel very soon here as a result of the Biden administration and the Iran war and everything going on in the global economy.

No, you're right.

And I hear you.

And I agree, you know, and I'm on the tail end of that.

I'm a 96 model, so I'm the last year of millennials.

I'm 30.

But anyway, what we got to look at is what do we do in the meantime as we have, because something big is coming and I can't predict what it's going to be.

I really don't know.

But something big is going to come.

We're going to have some kind of reset.

It's almost inevitable.

And when we first elected Trump and Elon and the cabinet that he had, and we were excited about Doge and all these things, I think we had a really good shot at turning things around.

I believe that I believe we did.

And obviously now at this point we see that, okay, that was a rug pull.
