Qatar

The revolutionary government in Iran is unfinished business, and, uh, it, it surprises me that it's taken twenty-five years to address that.

As for, uh, Qatar, I've said this before, but it's my belief that American companies and others involved in Qatar and receiving funds and dealing with that government in the way they have will-- at some point, there will be a terrorist attack somewhere which will lead to a similar societal opprobrium against those who've been dealing with Qatar as, uh, was existing immediately after 9/11 and those who had, uh, received funding from the Saudis.

We are talking about the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Why target them specifically rather than having them just buy American defense systems like they usually do?

Because the American systems are struggling against this specific threat, and the Gulf States know it.

because the Saudi royals and Qataris and whatever, when anybody gets a disease and price becomes irrelevant, they want to figure out how they can tap into the American system.

And I think we use the general category, healthcare is broken, but I think we should distinguish between hospital systems, you know, docs and human capital, pharma, med device, and insurance.

And really what's broken is the way we pay for healthcare because we call it insurance, but it's not really insurance.

The more I traveled in the Middle East, the more I got to see how big bagpipes were.

in Middle Eastern culture, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Gulf States, like Qatar, the Emirates, et cetera.

Everyone loves the bagpipes.

Egypt as well.

How does someone get

permission to do that? Very early on in my travels, 2017, I started including some of the Gulf countries.

So the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and...

I thought, although it's quite a big thing now, pitching to tourism boards.

But there's a huge bottleneck at transit hubs.

At the U.S. base in Doha, Qatar, thousands are crowded in holding areas.

Temperatures well over 100 degrees.

That's kind of the first most direct version of where maybe prices could go up and inflation could creep up.

But economists and financial markets are constantly looking for any second or third round implications, such as, say, higher freight costs knocking into higher, you know, food or clothing prices for exports, or even things like fertilizer or metals, because Qatar, world's biggest provider of sulfur, which is used in sulfuric acid.

which then is using heap leaching copper mining, and therefore that's one of the reasons why the copper price is up.

So Qatar, world's biggest producer of liquefied natural gas.

A side product there is urea that's using fertilisers.

So fertiliser prices have been going up.

Paying homage to somebody like Erdogan is absurd, but that's what's happening.

Another factor in this will undoubtedly be Qatar, which is controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, And which on its payroll, some people say, has Tucker Carlson.

And the woke right, so-called, via Tucker Carlson.

There again, Muslim Brotherhood, the same as Hamas, is Muslim Brotherhood.

But Mr. Witkoff and Mr. Kushner, as I've said, have done business deals in New York with the Qataris.

It is a very corrupt, entangled society.

biblical and it's not looking good.

Egypt has the demographics, Pakistan has the nuclear weapons.

If you make it an elite high paying career, you attract top tier talent, drive fierce professional competition and make referees completely immune to external financial influence or corruption.

They needn't go to Qatar to ref an exhibition game.
