The Brown and Gold Standard Episode 52: The San Diego Padres Face the Chicago Cubs in the Wild Card Round

With that said...

I am a nervous wreck.

I am anxious.

I say this every year, but the weirdest thing about playoff baseball is you look forward to it all day, all year, really.

It's the number one thing I want.

And if they win, you get about... 15, maybe 30 minutes of just unbridled joy.

It's the highest high you'll ever experience.

It's better than any amount of alcohol or any drug or anything.

It's just the best feeling.

diego padres playoff odds at could not have been double digits

7.4%.

I said it.
