If you go back 10 years before that, thereabouts, I was part of the group that launched the New Fronts and we had a very similar experience.

When we did our first New Front in 2008, we got on stage with us some old school folks.

We had Michael Eisner on stage with us who had started something new at that point, but he was clearly part of the old guard.

And then we also had as our MCs that day, a combo named Rhett and Link who no one really knew that day, but they were like these YouTube influencers.

And there were some clients who kept saying to us, why are we even here right now? Like they came...

And so to your point about Carl coming to the Watson media event, the right people in the room, and they didn't even know why they should be there, but they were there.

I think a lot of the good agency people I've worked with, one, they're part nerdy, part gritty, and become good listeners, and they're watching the data.

When I was at GWI, every major network agency and thousands of small agencies bought our product because they were like, we need to understand what the consumer is going to do.
