On July 11th, 1990, lead investigator Gary Caradori telephoned associates after securing photographic proof in Chicago stating, quote, "We got them by the short hairs." [chuckles] Hours later, Caradori and his eight-year-old son were killed while their aircraft experienced a in-flight breakup over Illinois.
