The Franklin Scandal

I think that's part of the blackmail scheme, too.

You know, I've interviewed Nick Bryant over the years, and he first wrote a book called The Franklin Scandal.

And this is all before Epstein.

I mean, Epstein was around, but people didn't know about him or talk about him outside his circle.

It's

called The Franklin Scandal.

It involved Boys Town.

It involved a whole bunch of higher-up people.

I hope it's not the latter because we've already seen an example of this in our society where everyone got away and everyone went unpunished.

And I'm talking about the Franklin scandal.

And the Franklin scandal was a child sex trafficking operation that was run out of primarily Omaha, Nebraska and Washington, D.C. in the late 70s all through much of the 80s.

And it was documented and investigated by my partner and the director of Epstein Justice, Nick Bryant, in a book called The Franklin Scandal, which I recommend anybody read.

That's in fact how I met Nick Bryant, is I reached out to him after reading that book, which my child, my son, who lives in Omaha, brought to me and said, Dad, are you aware of this? Because my son was aware of victims in the Franklin Scandal.

And the fact of the matter is that when we talk about Franklin, that situation was not successfully resolved.

Every victim in that case either recanted their testimony under severe pressure from the FBI, died under mysterious circumstances, and the one victim in that case who refused to recant their testimony was sent to prison, was sentenced to prison for over nine years for quote-unquote perjury.

So the only people that got punished in the Franklin scandal were the victims.

So law enforcement and the pros- uh, the prosecutor's stance, uh, FBI, OPD, special prosecutor, um, for lack of a better way to describe this, they portray the Franklin scandal simply as a financial crime and virtually nothing more, which to me is ludicrous.

But, and hopefully by the end of this, uh, you'll feel that it is just as ludicrous.

Um, the financial scope only.

Local and federal authorities maintain that the federal s- that the Franklin scandal was exclusively a financial fraud case centered on Larry King's embezzlement and Ponzi-style CD operations.

The FBI, led by Omaha SAC Nicholas O'Hara and the Omaha Police Department, publicly stated that exhaustive inquiries revealed no credible witnesses and zero evidence of an organized sex ring, pornography, or interstate child trafficking.

Special prosecutor Samuel Van Pelt and the Douglas County Grand Jury formally designated the abuse allegations a carefully crafted hoax scripted by manipulative individuals exploiting vulnerable youths for political or financial leverage.
