I mean, when we look at what's happening, again, it's going to come through the lens that we see the world.

But generally speaking, I think that there's a lot of reactiveness happening to things that are out of our control.

And I guess that ties into the plethora of work that I do in the mind, because at the end of the day, It's far more about understanding how you're experiencing your thinking and what you know, how, what is coming up for you is your doorway to your growth.

I just help people walk through their own mind, understand the value of these reactions and these triggers while having that ability to come back to consciousness, like having that ability to realize you are a human, not an animal.

So you are capable of stepping back and recognizing or even just witnessing the the experience that you're having.

You know, I think when we get caught up in the experience, we become very animalistic.

You know, as humans, we have consciousness so we can see what we're seeing and how we're reacting.

But these types of reactions and even if you listen to spaces or people just like getting triggered and going out, going off on each other, you know, it's like that's more animalistic and less like zoom out to realize, oh, I'm having this experience now.

Yeah, it makes me think of, again, we were talking about a show about Bob Proctor, one of my mentors just forever, for a long, long time.

And he would always talk about the higher faculties and what separates us from animals.

You know, we have the five senses, but then we have our will, willpower, reason, imagination, intuition, memory, and reason.

And it just, again, it feels like we, as humans, a lot of us just had not been tapping into those things.

Like even memory, I was just saying on a live stream this week that humans, most people don't even remember what happened to them, you know, what they had at lunch yesterday, right? That's kind of the cliche, but this goldfish memory, but even what happened five years ago with COVID, how the government screwed you over, the Canadian trucker protest and freezing of accounts, or not to mention what happened 15 years ago and 10 years.

So you look back and it's, you know, how do we get out of, because so much of it, again, like you said, is inside.

So how do we start, you know, kind of processing what we're seeing and what we're doing and instead of getting so triggered and just worrying about what everyone else is going on around us?
