As Dave always says, we would love to hear from you, and we have a lot to talk about today, or we're going to try to talk about, and we'll see if we can get through this.
So, Scott, I guess big news came in yesterday, the highly anticipated SRE announcement out of the EPA, and I think we got the announcement, and not really sure It kind of moved up on our bullet point list for today for sure, didn't it?

Exactly what it means, we'll talk about it, but we're not even sure what exactly it means.
No, and I think in addition to that, we're still dealing with the crop conditions, and that's always kind of a topic this time of the year, and it's probably losing a little bit of its luster as we move into the first part of September here, and I don't think we really care a lot about what crop conditions are.
Now we're kind of looking forward to what harvest is.
And then kind of some information on this El Nino that if you can explain it, I will give you 10 bucks because I started watching that video and it made my eyes hurt.
So anyway, we'll hop over here to this slide.
So I guess we'll try to talk through this and we actually have another slide coming up.
Maybe we'll just save our powder for that one, Scott, or if you want to Touch on any of this now, we can maybe wait or if you want to hit the Black Sea deal.
