Now, I think I saw that South Dakota State got 10 first place votes this last weekend or this last week in the Stats Perform media poll.

And so some, you know, some folks that have flip flop there.

If there is a process to getting a concealed carry permit, if you're coming from, I don't know, Texas, where we're all pretending we're cowboys and walking around with guns on our hips, that's not the same thing as me going through a background check at a class.

Correct, and as long as we are discussing that you have had to undergo the process, unless somebody can prove to Teresi and Sladek that the process in South Dakota is you walk in, have a cup of coffee with the sheriff, and have a warm handshake, and then you get your permit, as opposed to what we do here in California where you have not quite but knocking on a proctology exam by the FBI and and it's like um hey tell me about that time you had an interaction with law enforcement in 1994 or whatever it was you know so so if if somebody wants to maintain that that there is a state in the in the again in your point about you know we are an open carrier or shall carry or a must carry or whatever the hell the definition is um where you can have your Billy the Kid tie-down fast draw rig.

And it's an American company out of South Dakota.

So it's developed in America.

um if you use their phone app their phone app and their servers are american servers so it does ask for location data it does ask for a few of those personal things but if you're going to do that you know get your customer support in america get your data hosted in america get your software that you're going to be putting on your phone from an american company in my opinion that's why i like the btech over the vgc now that that vgc company will always have new products out first because they're the manufacturer right right btech takes a little while but eventually they do adopt it where you get you know like i think we have the new uv 50 pro radio um you know they vgc had it out a year before that but it took them a while to get the software already done and everything for this um and then the second thing i always tell people is if like okay you know you want to do this radio thing don't start with a handheld in my opinion.
