Yeah, Devin Carter got his contract converted from an exhibit 10 to a two-way contract.

It seemed like they liked him in training camp as well as obviously that one preseason game we got to watch.

There's a lot of stuff we don't get to see, right? Like, you know, who knows if he, like maybe he had already earned that two way before he even played in Cleveland, right? Maybe he was that good in training camp.

Maybe he's been, still practicing while sick and you know that only elevated it right but we only got to watch him play for one game put up 17 points five rebounds three assists two steals he did have five turnovers that was a bit shaky in the second half but uh he looked good uh he looked like a good defensive minded guard it looked like there's definitely some talent there and it looked like the kings in in mary king's fashion probably gave up a

It's great to have farm teams in the NBA doing the work for you, taking care of guys for a couple years and giving up on them.

I don't really know what Devin Carter is going to turn out to be for the Celtics, but through that one game, it was a magic carpet ride.

I was like, whoa, I can't believe, you know, I can't believe they've done it again.

And the exciting part about that game was not so much the stat line, but more so how it happened.

He did a lot of things that coming off the bench, you could see being impactful traits, pushing the ball in transition after getting rebounds, which with a six foot nine wingspan, Devin Carter has always been a good rebounder traditionally.

If he's getting rebounds and running, it can be a great thing for the Celtics pace, which Celtics traditionally do not play a pacey style of basketball under Joe Missoula.

He was good at getting to the paint in the half court to beating guys off the dribble, finishing good touch at the rim in the paint.
