The High-Stakes Lowdown: A RotoViz Podcast: Eric Balkman chats with high-stakes fantasy football players. ## GUEST: Caleb Alcorn - @the\_cal\_alcorn Caleb Alcorn…
Caleb AlcornGuestI think it's appropriate that you, being a Caleb, I'm going to ask you about a Caleb right away.
Caleb Williams is a player that a lot of people have been falling all over themselves drafting so far this year.
Right now, if I look at the FFPC Big Gorilla ADP over the last five days, which shout out to Fantasy Mojo, fantasymojo.com, at fantasymojo on the X, that's Darren Armani.
Anytime that we cite ADP or anything else FFPC stats related, it's because of his website.
Make sure you're getting a subscription to Fantasy Mojo if you are playing in the FFPC.
Quarterback six, he's kind of been going back and forth between quarterback six and seven with Justin Herbert right now.
But how do you feel? about Caleb Williams going to soak a late ninth round pick in him when you know that quarterbacks have been falling this year.
Does that seem right? Is the juice worth the squeeze there? Or do you think recency bias maybe is plaguing FFPC players a little bit? We remember how his season ended and how white hot he was at the end of the year.
Is that maybe too fresh in our minds that we're pumping this guy up a little bit further than we should?

Yeah, I would definitely say that QB 6-7 is extremely rich, especially from my perspective.

I think, you know, maybe QB 8-9-10 is where I'll start to kind of pull the trigger on him.

But I think, yeah, people are a little bit biased on what he kind of did to end the season where we were extremely heavy in Caleb Williams last year and the floor weeks were killers where you just couldn't recover even if you had some pretty ceiling weeks.

So for me, I think you have to take that into consideration where in managed leagues, four weeks matter where it's not best ball and you can't just replace the six, seven, eight point week at QB when you have people like Burrow and those scoring 40, 50-ish points a week.

Burden, I think take him at ADP, but Romadunze with some of the current issues around the foot probably a non-issue but I'll just wait to training camp to see what it actually looks like so for me I'd probably put Caleb Williams QB tennis range and at that point pull the trigger but anything higher than that give me Burrow give me Jayden Daniels let me test the waters there and yeah kind of see what else is in there
let's do a quick would you rather here with Caleb Williams um what about the guy going right next to him Caleb Williams or Justin Herbert Caleb
