Why has Michigan kept AD Warde Manuel through all the scandals?

I'm Andrew Burkle, of course, joined by our Michigan beat writer, Tony Garcia.

Tony, just been a quiet summer so far, right? Nothing really to report on.

Not so much, right?

As always, right? When we were talking pre-show, it's kind of par for the course with the way things go and have gone in my time on the beat at Michigan.

I'm going to be entering year five in football season, which is coming up sooner than I care to admit.

A week from tomorrow.

No, two weeks from tomorrow.

That's even better.

Two weeks from tomorrow, I will be in Chicago for Big Ten Media Days.

They start two weeks from today.

That'll be July 29th to the 31st.

28th to the 30th, actually.

See? My mind is scrambled because there's been so much going on.

All I know is Michigan's on Thursday, July 30th, and that's when football unofficially starts.
