I'm actually really excited to share what I've been reading because it's not a comic book.
It's actually just a regular book with no pictures in it.
No, I started it in audiobook and the book just arrived to me physically at the time of this recording today.
Push the Wall by Frank Miller.
It's his autobiography.
It's his storytelling.
Why is he pushing a wall? That's his motto for storytelling.
um is like when you get in there you know you push the walls that are set up and you try to break it break down those barriers and create something new it's just kind of detailing frank miller's life right now he's talked a little bit about his creative process and where he pulls those ideas from and he talked about the physical process too he describes uh his art a little bit yeah it's just a really really rich book that's full of a lot of information and it's just very emotional and powerful i've been enjoying it

Lately, a book that's been catching my attention is If Destruction Be Our Lot.
This is an image book that's super, super exciting.
It's about a future that's basically completely taken over by robots in which no humans live.
And there's this robot, Abraham Lincoln, who's lost his purpose because his job was to speak for humans.

yeah so uh there's actually like a lot of history to this i think uh it's like a whole thing with walt disney but like they've all uh disney has always been like ahead of the curve on like animatronics and and stuff right and at the world's fair there was like an animatronic abraham lincoln And Walt Disney recreated that for his like for for the parks.
They have like you could sit there and watch
like the real Disney has an Abe Lincoln robot.
