Uh, we are, we are, we are on a, um, we're we're we're back on the literal literal book club from hell uh because or i guess book club from second heaven in this case in this case yeah uh because because we're talking about uh uh the reverend howard o pitman's demons and eyewitness account what a book i actually
like this a lot more than i thought i would got repetitive towards the end but it's it's a pretty good one
it's kind of i mean it's it's kind of a jumped up tract right like it's that that's why he you know you could imagine this being having been delivered as a speech and then like available for purchase at the merch table right um and I'm sure that I'm sure that Pittman did probably travel, uh, to offer testimony on, I mean, he, he was, uh, an active minister, right? Yeah.
This was part of his ministry that he read this.
Um, yeah, but I, I, I enjoyed it, but that's the part of the part of the thing is you have to, you have to do the, you have to do the, the repetitiveness because you're delivering it to people in such a way.
Right.
So,
um, Yeah, this book would be good delivered from a pulpit.
Maybe shortened slightly.
It's almost 100 pages, I think.
I feel like you get a solid...
I mean, I don't know how long...
It took me like, I don't know, maybe three hours to read it.
So I feel like someone speaking rapidly, I don't know, I'd probably get through that.
Yeah, it would take a little bit.
It would take you a whole
morning at the very least.
it's a it
really
is break for lunch come back for section two it's like a day retreat
you know yeah yeah it's one of those it's it's like one of those masculinity alpha male retreats where they make you sit in ice bars and scream at you and call you useless before hugging it out at the end to really build up your ego except instead of that it's him trying to save you from demons
Yeah, except instead of inculcating demonic possession, he's trying to prevent
it.
He's delivering you.
Yes, that's right.
