This is episode number seven of, uh, season eight of the podcast, Another Way by Equal Citizens.
Um, and this is a continuation of the conversation we've been having over the whole of this, uh, uh, uh, the season about the litigation involving Maine's Question 1, the anti-super PAC, uh, litigation, um, which as you heard, if you heard the last episode, uh, which was the recording of the oral argument in the First Circuit Court of Appeals, was argued, um, incredibly well and, uh, leaves us very hopeful.
But what I wanted to do in this episode is to talk to really one of the people most responsible for us being here today, my friend Ron Fine, um, who, uh, when I first came to know Ron, he was running, uh, Free Speech For People's legal department.
He was leading the litigation that was strategizing to try to find a way to get SpeechNow overturned, and we began collaborating on that strategy.
And Ron, why don't you tell people a little bit about where you are now 'cause you're no longer at, um, Free Speech For People.
