703: Part of a Healthy Breakfast

All right, let's do some follow-up, and since we're talking Overcast, let's continue.

Uh, I would like to report, as I believe John has written in the show notes, the system works.

John, what happened?

I complained about a feature that I wanted to have in Overcast, then I went on vacation, then I came back, and it's in Overcast.

[laughs]

The system works.

[laughs]

Uh, in, uh, Overcast test flight build 1169, uh, there is now a basic transcript search, which is what I wanted, and I tried it, and it works, and yay.

Uh, there have been many builds, or many builds, at least one build since then, but just FYI, uh, coming soon to the App Store near you whenever the heck Marco releases it, basic transcript search.

search.Did you happen to see the build that I shipped about an hour ago?

Yeah, I did.

Did you happen to see something else there that you might be interested in?

Uh, I, I saw the priority, the, the pre-selecting chapters, which I'm not interested in.

Uh-

No, not that, John.

I know which, what Marco's thinking of.

Uh, the deleting, uh, the priority things when you're sorting by duration or some crap.

I don't know.

There was a whole bunch of changes in there.

I didn't see anything that stood out to me, though.

There was the deleting, only keeping three episodes no matter what you do, and-

No, no, no

... all, there, there's a bunch of stuff.

Yes, there is a bunch of stuff, and Marco's been going hot and heavy, which I wanna ask you about in a second.

But I believe it's play a podcast from the beginning mode.
