Mentioned during Wednesday's event, a piece from MacRumors says AppleCareOneFamily lets customers in the U.S. extend AppleCare coverage... to every eligible device across an Apple family sharing group of up to six people for one fixed monthly price.

The program costs $49.99 per month and includes all the same benefits as AppleCare+, such as coverage for accidental damage like drops and spills, battery replacement service, and priority support from Apple experts.

It also includes theft and loss protection for eligible iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch models and allows six total claims per year across the group.

I'm sure you've heard a lot of people giving out about the price, particularly the dedicated Apple fans who have been loyal to the brand For many years, waiting with bated breath for this type of innovation from the company.

And some of them are saying that they're just priced out of it, starting in around the two grand mark, right up to four and a bit grand if you want to get the two terabytes of storage plus AppleCare.

which I personally, now I don't have the money to get one, but if I did have the money to get one, I'd be getting the AppleCare Plus because you want to have the protection and the peace of mind that if something happens to the screen, you can get it repaired and it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg.

So it's very expensive.

And I would love to know your thoughts.

Honor announced the new Max version of the Honor Magic 9 Pro, and Vivo announced the Vivo X500 Pro Max with a 17x external lens, launching in China on September 21st.

And there's not a ton of detail about it yet because it's, I don't think it comes out until next week.

But I'm an AppleCare1 subscriber because I had AppleCare on my Vision Pro and it was cheaper to go to AppleCare1 for three devices than to continue to carry AppleCare Plus on my Vision Pro.

But yeah, I'm excited about, I don't know how many people will be subscribing to the family plan.

It's fantastic.

So I don't know if they're, there probably is a hard limit at some point, but they're not saying it's, you know, limited to three or three per person or whatever.

They're just saying it just grabs everything, which is cool.

probably should look at that because i have a vision pro as well that i don't want to be destroyed and i actually use it actively it doesn't just sit in a drawer all the time so there is like a minimal risk of you know i i'm always so scared of like my dogs getting hyper and like jumping off the couch and like pulling the cable with them and it tumbling to the ground so i probably should just get apple care one or family plan or whatever is cheaper Because my Mac Mini also isn't protected by AppleCare.

It's just my iPhone.
