Like if you have a report or pictures or medical records, because the lawyer is going to ask questions about the accident, how it happened, the medical treatment you had.

So be prepared to answer questions.

And the best way to be prepared to answer questions is to be quiet.

And listen and really pay attention.

That's another way for you to evaluate how conscientious the lawyer is.

Is he just talking about himself or is he talking about you? And he's asking questions.

And do you feel during that conversation that both of you are learning something about each other and about the case?
