Yeah, I'm in the seaside town of Chervil.

And where is that? Where is that near?

It's south of Romagna, kind of just about 40 minutes north of Rimini.

It's kind of a small little kind of village town.

So, yeah, it's about, I'd say about the size of Ennis Simon, kind of, well, a bit more spread out.

In the summer, it kind of gets busier, but like, yeah, Maybe a bit like La Hinch.

And then I've been wanting to do this for ages.

So, you know, food, because as we'll talk, you know, for me, food is one of the most important things of travel from the point of view of...

when you're away, making a trip away.

But then more importantly, it's usually the meals and the food that I go back to when I think about a place.

Even actually my mates from college, we have a WhatsApp group and we were in Italy last year and I changed the group, the WhatsApp group name to Until the Next Long Lunch, because it's just so lovely when you're around a table.

I think that's when you have the most gorgeous conversations, isn't it?

A hundred percent, you know, and I think that's something which sometimes is kind of lost and less families sitting around the table as well.
