Bologna

sort of any mention of the matter, but yeah, it was for her birthday we went to

Bologna.

Bologna! Yeah, Bologna was good.

We had a wee surprise on our first night.

Yeah, there was, I don't know if you guys have seen sort of on social media, but there have been some riots across sort of Europe.

And then I loved Venice.

Yes.

Bologna is lovely,

So most of them are one-day races.

A few of the Italian regions, La Giro dell'Emilia, that's the one that finishes in Bologna up this sharp climb that was won by, what's his name? Vachon.

No, it wasn't Vauclain this year.

It was that Italian rider.

I had to learn how to make the proper Bolognese over here.

It's from Bologna.

If I make in my hometown Bolognese, say, yeah, this is very good, but don't forget this is where I come from in Bologna.

This is the beauty.

They're not jealous.

Celery, carrot and onions.

A little bit of a prosciutto as well.

Because, don't forget, Bologna.

Vamos a ver, vamos a ver.

The online broker signed a multi-year deal as the official trading platform partner of the Davis Cup by Generali.

It will activate through the fan zone at the Final Eight in Bologna from November 24th to 29th, where the hosts, Italy, are chasing a fourth straight title.

Generali was named presenting partner in September, and the event's existing partners include Fred Perry and Visa.

So a trading platform is joining an event that just sold its name to an insurance company.

Financial brands keep finding their way into sport, whether it's a shirt in the Premier League or a fan zone in Bologna.

And a home crowd chasing a fourth straight title is a good place to be seen.

Notice the title, too.

So Milan has received most of the international attention, but it isn't the only Italian city to have experienced unrest.

So on October 17th and 18th, the cities of Turin, Bologna, Bergamo, and Brescia have experienced the same kind of protests, but thankfully not nearly as violent.

In some of these cities, protesters threw stones or firecrackers and clashed with police.

Now let's talk about what the Italian authorities are saying.

But they do mean that you should pay close attention to what's happening locally.

If you're about to go on vacation, and visit some of Italy's major historic cities.

I'm talking Rome, Florence, Milan, Venice, Bologna, etc.

Just be smart.

Guests were assured that if they were on a short excursion book through Royal Caribbean, their return to the ship was guaranteed.

The protests on Saturday, October 24th, were not confined to Naples, but instead were organized in several major cities across Italy, including Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, and Florence.

According to Euronews, the demonstrations turned violent in several cities as protesters clashed with police, throwing stones and bottles, setting off firecrackers and other actions that led police to respond with water cannons and tear gas in some locations.

While Odyssey of the Seas was still able to visit Naples, civil unrest has impacted cruise travel in other European nations recently.

Here are shots of Turin, Italy.

Rome, Italy, where they stormed the Colosseum, Bologna, Italy, Albania, Barcelona, Spain, France, and now counter-protests in Ireland.

And here we see macaroni being chased down by so-called students shouting, Yeah, those are students.

France has put all its social media outlets on notice that they may be blacked out.
