You know, if you're an Anthony Bourdain fan, that's great, right? I am, too.

But it's not, like it's, it's highly fictionalized, highly fictionalized.

Really?

I mean, The Kitchen Confidential-

Yeah.

Which, granted, they, they would do if we gave them the shark.

Um, Anthony Bourdain famously said it was the worst thing he'd ever eaten.

You need to try their version of Anthony Bourdain's favorite sandwich.

It was for a long time.

It was my dream job to be like the female, like Anthony Bourdain and just travel the world and try everything.

Yeah.

But yeah.

I love a contrarian take.

And it's like spitting in the face of Bourdain who said, consistency is the religion of our industry.

For those that don't know, explain the concept of March and why it is so provocative.

Yeah, so at its core, Marge has this idea of exploring the Mediterranean, right? What is the Mediterranean, the center of the known world from a Western perspective? What does that mean in food and the culture around food? And so that's sort of like, how do we do that? Well, we do that with two different menus a year where the entire menu changes.

And I went to the Man in Diner Theater to see this one.

And it's the story of Anthony Bourdain, the world-famous cook, chef, and author.

And he's no longer with us, and a sad ending, but an incredible journey that he had and very just... incredible personality along the way with the great work that he did in many kitchens throughout the world.

And I didn't know how it all began.

I mean, the impact he had on this world will be felt forever.

And he's one of the all-timers.

And so the young kid that plays, well, they call him Tony in the movie, but it's Anthony Bourdain, is a kid named Dominic Sessa.

And he got his big breakout a couple years ago in a movie called The Holdovers.

And I went to the Man in Diner Theater to see this one.

And it's the story of Anthony Bourdain, the world-famous cook, chef, and author.

And he's no longer with us, and a sad ending, but an incredible journey that he had and very just... incredible personality along the way with the great work that he did in many kitchens throughout the world.

And I didn't know how it all began.

It's exactly what it is.
