And yeah, I'll say it's such a foundational text and it's a really also valuable reference work on microdosing when you want to know more about it.
So it can be used in several ways, right? To look something up.
And also just to have that groundwork of what is it, because people will use that word in different ways.
And actually, I quite want to begin where, because in the very beginning, someone calls it a paradigm changing book, paradigm changing book.
That's a big word.
And in your book, you say that in a world with too much pain and dysfunction and too few resources, microdosing offers a proven tool to diminish and alleviate suffering from many physical and mental conditions.
And it's generally less expensive and much safer than pharmaceutical drugs or high-dose psychedelics.
So I really want to begin there with how is it that the world right now needs it and that it's better than what we use for remedies?
