It really, really a decent performance generally from that relay team, but, um, it, that was great to watch because the way she got past the Netherlands there.

And then the race changes because Lekhena Ambor, who is the world leader from way earlier this year back in June in the Diamond League in Rome, goes to the front, and all of a sudden gaps start appearing.

So you know, your eye is telling you that something has changed, but there were no lap times, there were no projections, there were no splits at the next kilometer, which would've been 3 Ks, then 4 Ks, and so on.

But this, this, this felt like a big, a big reach.

'Cause you know what I mean? I know it doesn't play out like this, but Norway ends up in fifth.

They are 1.8 seconds behind Netherlands in third, and only four tenths of a second behind Belgium in fourth.

So what was that like for you, man? Like getting clean, were you able to, you know, you just, so you're getting clean in the Netherlands and, and, you know, when you're at meetings, were you hearing people share kind of like, um, like fifth step type of shares in the meetings? Like when I, when, when I got clean, so this is Southwestern Pennsylvania, like circa 2000, the meetings were very much like fifth step meetings, dude.

They were very like at any point in the week, every meeting that that you know all of us went to we all kind of like went to the same meetings the the whole group of us bro it was like it was like we were just kicking out everything like everything was meeting level material and and you know and um so so is that did you see that like getting clean there or was it kind of like more like hey some of these things i'll kick it to my sponsor and some of these things you know i'll bring it to the meeting what was that like

I'm just going to self-tan every single week because I love to be bronzed all the time.

And last year, coming to spray tanning, finally, last year, after the heartbreak that I've had with my job in the Netherlands, we lived there for a year.

We came back home and I was so heartbroken that I said, I have to do something.

I cannot just sit up with my legs doing nothing and I have to do something completely different.
