We’re less than a week away from the players reporting to Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. To get you ready for training camp, Jenna Harner and Mike DeFabo break down the biggest position battles on…
Jenna HarnerHost
Yeah, a little bit of a before we dive into kind of all the position battles that we're kind of keeping an eye on throughout camp.

Obviously, we were kind of curious to see what things were going to look like under Mike McCarthy versus what we've come to know from Mike Tomlin over the last near two decades.

But practice is a little earlier in the day, so fans are going to have to get to St. Vincent College a little sooner, have those coffees in tow.
bigger change, though, that I'm curious about is just like especially with physicality you know mike tomlin arguably led the nfl's most physical training camp and he always used to say you can't box without sparring and i'm curious just what mike mccarthy's approach is going to be on those kind of things maybe he does backs on backers a little differently or not at all and then more so just within 11 on 11 situations Are they physically tackling and bringing guys to the ground? Something that not every team does, or if they do it, maybe just with second and third team guys.
So that's something that I'm going to be keeping an eye on as training camp begins.

Yeah, I remember last year you reached out to a lot of your colleagues from various beats at the Athletic and found the Steelers did have some of the most physical practices, if not the most physical, in the entire league.
