Still plenty comfortable questioning distribution of dollars in their direction, particularly Herbig's.

I feel like there's a lot of turnover-

Last week, he also led the team in tackles, but yet still, he can't get a full-time role.

Cole Holcomb, for some dang reason, got 11% of the snaps.

Now, I mentioned this gentleman in the waiver wireless, Landon Roberts, who the Steelers had signed the preseason, looked really good in the preseason game.

I know it's preseason and all.

And for those like myself who wrote it in the article and had to go and amend it, I thought they would have to release someone, but no, because they moved Danico slaughter to the active roster that opened up a vacancy on the practice squad and a Landon Roberts will go there.

What's going to be really fascinating is if they activate or elevate a Landon Roberts to the regular roster game day roster against Tampa Bay, it would be very telling if they do based on the fact that while they still have Cole Holcomb healthy, they still have Peyton Wilson, Patrick queen.

It would kind of be a sign that they're looking for a better, like upgraded performance.

So we'll keep tabs on that.

I'm not saying that he was horrible, but I'm also not saying that he was noteworthy.

I just think that the inside linebacker position, and this was a position that for people that follow our podcast network, a lot of people, myself included, talked about how this was a team need heading into the offseason and the draft, and they did not address it.

The only thing they did was bring back Cole Holcomb.

Wilson's been equipped for it, but that doesn't mean that he'd be good at it or that it wouldn't take some significant amount of time.

You've got to work with what's there and who's there, and he's there.

but it's hard to carry five inside linebackers, so you're making a decision, I think a guy like a Landon Roberts, you're making a decision, is it a Landon Roberts or is it Kevin Jobity or, or, um, you know, Gabe Rubio? That, that might be the decision more than, you know, him versus Cole Holcomb or him versus Carson Brunner.

And it'll be interesting, I think, uh, Max, Willie's been calling for it for this tight end usage, uh, increased tight end usage.

This would seem to be the week, right? This would seem to be a good week for all the reasons we mentioned.
