He is one of the 30 returning starters, one of the best quarterbacks in college football.

He is actually right now tied with Arch Manning for the Heisman Trophy favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Yeah, Carr's situation is gonna be interesting 'cause he's losing his top two running backs that were so critical to Notre Dame's run game, Jeremiah Love and Jadarian Price, over the last couple years.

So it's gonna be intriguing how much more of the load he's going to have to carry.

in college football, right? Heisman Trophy favorite for now, at least according to the books.

And, you know, I, I think for Carr, can he handle the responsibility of really carrying this offense now? He didn't have to do so this past year, obviously with Love and Price in the fold.

We'll see what Notre Dame's running back situation and some situations on their offensive line, losing a couple of starters there.

But Carr now, with the maturity that he showed in his first year as a red shirt freshman starting, he was outstanding for the most part.

Little things to his game that he can fix, but we know Mike Denbrock's quarterbacks always produce statistically.

I think Carr is in for a big year, and we'll see how many wins that translates to for Notre Dame.

CJ Carr is my number five returning quarterback in college football going into next year.

83.5 PFF passing grade, tied for 14th in the country, sixth in the Power Four in terms of big-time throw rate as well.

It will be interesting to see how much of the load is on his shoulders offensively with Jadarian Price and Jeremiah Love off to the NFL, but CJ Carr is a really, really good quarterback.
