Malachi Nelson

Um, Arch and Nico are both solid five-star quarterbacks.

They didn't leave early, but Jackson Arnold, five-star quarterback that didn't amount to much Malachi Nelson, complete bust.

Like you hope and pray that these five-star quarterbacks work out, but at the same time, they don't always work out.

And so, um, I'm Julian Lewis.

I, I, I have to believe his, his transfer is not gonna be P4 to P4.

This seems like a guy who's gonna be playing, taking the, the, uh, Makai L- not Makai Lemon, Malachi Nelson, the Malachi Nelson route after this season.

Yeah, I mean, I, he's not shown enough in my opinion to be...

I mean, I guess it depends.

We saw him last time out, was hobbling, didn't look great, was like five interceptions the last two starts against Cal and then against Pitt on that Thursday night.

He was replaced by Mari Odom late in that game, but apparently during the bye week, he was the first-team quarterback taking all the reps. Mari Odom was splitting reps with Malachi Nelson, the USC to Boise to UTEP to now Syracuse backup quarterback.

So all is well at quarterback for Cuse.

Absolutely not.

We have no idea when he's ever gonna see the field.

Um, he's like, uh, he, he's not Malik, uh, Malachi Nelson bad because we haven't really seen him.

But I don't even know when we're gonna get to see him on the field because Julian Saint can come back, and even if he doesn't, Luke Fahey's been getting snaps over him and has been out there.

Um, and Luke Fahey's a true freshman.

Just a guy that we – the epitome of the five-star guy that we had hopes for and is just – we have no idea when he's ever going to see the field.

He's like – he's not Malachi Nelson bad.

because we haven't really seen him, but I don't even know when we're going to get to see him on the field because Julian saying can come back.

And even if he doesn't Luke Fahey, he's been getting snaps over him and has been out there.
