Re’eh 2 - (Year 2) - Sunday Edition

[instrumental music] We're continuing Parashat Re'eh.

Parashat Re'eh is divided into two sections.

The first section talks about things relating to the Mikdash, things relating to Avodah Zarah, the potential for Avodah Zarah, how to avoid Avodah Zarah, and the importance of, uh, giving, giving, uh, tzedakah when we go to the Mikdash, which is part of that whole thing of the Mikdash.

And then the parashah starts talking about the holiday season.

Yes, the three holidays.

Uh, the reason for that we're, we're going to get into as we learn the parashah and the, the progression, how it, how it goes from one topic to the, to the next.
