So like, I'm so lucky that I get to work on the East Coast, but essentially work on Pacific time, because my mornings are open.

And I used to spend this time going through dashboards, like mentally noticing things that were off.

I essentially have like three or dashboards that I go over and just like a handful of customer accounts that I look for anomalies in because we're mostly PLG, like all of these numbers can change on a dime and I want to be able to know what's going wrong before it goes wrong.

And so I started writing down what I was doing and like, what did that look like? And asking Claude to ask me more questions on how to set it up.

It probably doesn't need to be AI driven, but But it does look at these things the way that I would and can surface these things to my attention.

And it's less like subjective of like, did I look at this yesterday? Did I notice this? It's much more programmatic.
