And so it's funny, I actually was thinking about Columbus Day this weekend, obviously, because it's happening, but like really thinking about like, why do we have a Christopher Columbus holiday? Not Not even trying to get to who he was.
I meant more like, why is a guy who never actually touched foot in the United States? Why does he have a holiday? And he's got a lot of things named after him.
Well, Columbia's in South America, but you know what I mean? Like he never went to the country yet.
And so even personal issues aside, I feel like there are some other contenders who actually discovered America who could potentially actually qualify for a holiday a little bit.
Yeah, definitely.
Isn't like naming the capital loosely after him enough? I think Americans are just so desperate for more vacation time that that's probably the reason it became a federal holiday.
