So am I to take that to mean that Hassan Piker's best friend, El-Sayed, has Chuck Schumer's seal of approval?

I think Chuck Schumer would rather have El-Sayed than Mike Rogers, and I think the people of Michigan feel the same way.

Uh, but, um, they talked about all sorts of development projects and, um, seemed to be somewhat, uh, friendly.

[laughs] You got that story, and then as I said earlier, you've got, uh, Tucker Carlson saying that Mike Rogers, the Republican from Michigan, and I'm paraphrasing here, should be nowhere near the levels of power and has said all sorts of glowing things about El-Sayed.

Now when asked, "Are you endorsing the Democrat?" Tucker Carlson said, "I'm a podcaster.

I don't do endorsements." But nonetheless, very appreciative of the Democrat, very critical of the Republican, Tucker Carlson.

Well, now he's going around saying not just nice things about Democrats, but he's saying nice things about Abdul El-Sayed.

He, who is Abdul El-Sayed? He is the Democratic national socialist who's running as the Democratic nominee for the Senate race in Michigan, and Tucker Carlson is praising him.

He has spoken positively about him in all sorts of ways and, not only that, has criticized the Republican in Michigan, Mike Rogers.

Uh, he said, Tucker Carlson said, quote, "I wouldn't vote for Mike Rogers at gunpoint." Here's another quote from Tucker Carlson, "I w- there's no one who should be further from a position of power than Mike Rogers." That is Tucker Carlson talking about the Republican from Michigan while praising El-Sayed.

He has described your campaign as Trumpian and in a complimentary way.

He's defended you from attacks by your Republican opponent, Mike Rogers.

And then he went on to say this about Rogers.

I wouldn't vote for Mike Rogers at gunpoint.

There's no one who should be farther from a position of power than Mike Rogers.

Okay.

What do you say to that? And do you welcome Tucker Carlson's support?

Well, look, Tucker and I don't agree on much, but we definitely agree on what he just said.

He just put out this ad for Mike Rogers, who is running in Michigan.

This is for the U.S. Senate seat in Michigan, hoping to flip that seat.

It's dead.

Folks, these Republicans, what are we doing here? Why isn't Mike Rogers showing up for Senate debates? Abdul Asayed and Mike Rogers had the first scheduled Senate debate ahead of the midterms, and Rogers doesn't even show up.

Now, again, can you imagine if the roles were reversed? Can you imagine if Mike Rogers was standing in his podium and Al-Said was not? Can you imagine what MAGA would be saying? Can you imagine what Trump would be saying? Where is Mike Rogers? This is pathetic.

Say whatever you want about Abdul Al-Said.

Say whatever you want.

I'm not in the business of defending him.

I'm calling balls and strikes on this race.

And I'm telling you right now, Mike Rogers failing to show up is a white flag.

We're going to do this right out of the box.

Mike Rogers is running a normal campaign.

And Abdul El-Sayed cannot, cannot get his foot out of his mouth.

So now finally, just finally, he has come out and condemned the Hasan Piker comments regarding Al-Qaeda providing less, I guess, less terrorism than the United States.
