Changes, okay? Alright, and so the first big idea this morning, the next royal revelation in this list we've been working through is that the coronated king is ruling right now.
And so if you heard this before recently, but this is something not to just hear and forget about.
Because when you realize that Christ sits on the throne and he's ruling, you can have peace on your pillow every night that you go to sleep, regardless of the circumstances.
See, the enemy's greatest trick is to fool you into looking at the news, looking at what's going on in the world, and thinking that he's in control.
But the day that Christ was exalted on the cross and died, Satan thought, I did it.
Not just one small group of people, but all tribes, all nations to the ends of the earth.
So when Jesus ascended, you're like, man, how do you see that in the text? All it says is that he went up into heaven.
How do you see that? Well, when we read the Bible, you guys, We have to understand that a lot of us have built really a bad habit in how we read the Bible.
We approach every book of the Bible like it's Proverbs, okay? I want you to know that every book of the Bible is not Proverbs, okay? Not every book of the Bible is a little tweetable snack that you can put on the internet, okay? You can tweet and Facebook post whatever scriptures you want, but when the Bible was written, it wasn't written as one book.
