So before we get to our guests, what have you been up to? What's your summer been or like?

tried something new and interesting, which was something that was inspired by one of our other trainings with the Manitoba agriculture people.

How do I make it fresh and new? And I thought, well, we thought maybe you have these five segments and then you ask the audience, okay, which ones are important to you? And then you tailor your presentation.

We did a Slido poll or a poll and said, which of these five topics are the most interesting to you? And they said empathy, which was kind of fun for me.

But then, so we thought we would, okay, we've talked for 10 minutes about each of these.

But I mean, it didn't work out exactly the way that we had intended, but people did, we did leave them with a few takeaways.

On empathy or approaching a conversation with farmers as in, you know, what's the need? Yeah.

What's your need? And then helping to address that need rather than coming in with a laundry list of things that you wanted to talk about.

And I've really liked, so like we've been, I've been to Atlantic Canada now a number of times through, through Burr Forest.

And I really like, it's a good group of people of them, like in ag and in extension.

So it's really, it's yeah, really, really rewarding to go there and have these kinds of talks.
