So all remaining charges against Lord Dirk remain intact.
They include murder in aid of vacateering, conspiracy to commit interstate stalking, conspiracy to commit murder for hire, using interstate facilities to carry out murder for hire, resulting in death, and a related firearms offense.
Dirk has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.
